You have probably had one. Maybe several. Strategic plans that gathered dust. Coaching that produced clarity but no behavioral change. Frameworks that worked in the room and dissolved by the time you were back at your desk.
This is not consulting in the traditional sense, or coaching dressed up in business language. It is a 90-day engagement designed to produce measurable change in how you and your business operate, grounded in behavioral science, delivered one-on-one by a business psychologist.
What you walk away with is not a report. It is a different way of operating, with architecture in place to keep it that way.
Decisions you have been deferring move forward. Pricing you have been hesitant to hold sticks. Conversations you have been postponing happen on your terms. Patterns that have been costing your business in revenue, retention, or relationships are interrupted at the level where they run, not patched over with motivation or willpower.
By week six, what felt like persistent business problems start revealing themselves as behavioral patterns you can now see and redesign. By week twelve, the architecture of how you operate has shifted, and you have a reference to keep using long after the engagement ends.
This is more than simply aspirational language. It is what happens when behavioral science is applied directly to the conditions your business functions in.
A 90-day engagement, structured in three phases.
Phase 1 — Behavioral Assessment and Pattern Mapping (Weeks 1-2). We begin with a deep behavioral assessment focused on your specific business, your operating patterns under pressure, and the highest-leverage interventions for your situation. You receive a written behavioral profile by the end of week two: a clear picture of what is running your business beneath the surface, and what we are going to change.
Phase 2 — Implementation (Weeks 3-10). Bi-weekly working sessions of 60-75 minutes each, plus one shorter check-in week between. We work through specific behavioral interventions matched to your patterns. You implement them in real conditions between sessions, and we refine based on what actually happens. This is where the change is engineered.
Phase 3 — Consolidation (Weeks 11-12). A final consolidation phase where we build your Personal Behavioral Architecture Document: a living, written reference that captures your behavioral profile, the protocols that produced the most change, and the structures you have built to keep the new patterns operating. You leave the engagement with documentation you will still be using a year from now.
Total direct working time: Approximately 12-15 hours of one-on-one engagement across the 90 days, plus your in-practice work between sessions.
Engagement starts with a few questions to answer, and a 20-minute discovery call to confirm fit. From there, we move to contracting and begin working together.
