My Bio

Women Lead Company was birthed not because of my educational ambitions and entrepreneurial spirit, but because of my commitment to help others heal, grow, and create a better path for themselves. The single mom with a newborn who is so sleep deprived and scared she feels lost and alone. A woman who has left an abusive relationship and searching for the path that will best support her moving forward. The woman temporarily homeless in her car with her son and her dog not sure how to dig herself out. The entrepreneur who wants to assure her business is growing and sustainable. The woman waking up to how past trauma and depression has shaped her current life choices and determined to create something more beautiful for herself and her loved ones. The woman ready to start her "second act" in her career and be her own boss.

This company exists for all women, and we work with the knowingness and understanding that life can require much more than simple catch phrases, old beliefs, and vague theories. We deserve the very best practices and tools that are not only available but also evidence based.

My career path has been 28 years of equal parts consulting, counseling and entrepreneurship, with an educational emphasis on neuroscience principles, emotional intelligence work, leadership, resilience, and mindfulness. A few of the phenomenal educators I studied under, trained with, and learned from include Dr. Dan Siegal, Jack Kornfield, Flee Maul, Sharon Salzberg, Janine Moon, David Rock, Elana Rosenbaum, Jon Kabat-Zinn, Alex Howard, and Dr. Kristan Jones.
